Plant Cell Quiz

Plant cells are eukaryotic cells and are similar to animal cells. Unlike animal cells however, plant cells contain structures such as cell walls, plastids, and large vacuoles.

The cell wall gives plant cells rigidity and support. Plastids assist in storing and harvesting needed substances for the plant. Chloroplasts are plastids that are necessary for carrying out photosynthesis.
