All About Cloning

Cloning is the process of creating genetically identical copies of biological matter. This may include genes, cells, tissues or entire organisms.

When we speak of cloning, we typically think of organism cloning, but there are actually three different types of cloning.

These types of cloning are molecular cloning, organism cloning, and therapeutic cloning.

Organism cloning, also called reproductive cloning, does not come without serious problems or risks. There are also many ethical issues involved with human reproductive cloning.
