Does Drinking Milk Burn Fat?

Researchers from McMaster University have demonstrated that drinking milk can help you burn more fat and gain muscle.

The study was conducted with men ranging in ages from 18 to 30 years old.

The participants engaged in a weightlifting program for several weeks and were asked to drink either milk, a soy drink, or a carbohydrate drink after their workouts.

The group of men that drank milk after their workouts lost twice as much fat as those who drank other beverages. They also gained more muscle mass than the other two groups.
